• The fundamental’s training programme is designed to give Beginner to Novice level Trainees a strong foundation in the fundamentals of resistance training without the need to make appointments with a coach. The programme incorporates aspects from all areas of resistance training including the use of resistance machines, free-weights, and performing strength specific lifts.

 

• This programme not only provides a set routine to achieve your initial 10-week results but also provides an education on understanding the programme and how to approach each aspect optimally (for a beginner or novice).

 

• Some information in this guide may also be beneficial for an intermediate level lifter who has never focused on understanding the fundamentals of training.
